Hi there. Just wanted to share a little bit about me. Maybe my story will have some relevance to you; maybe not. To each their own!

In 2001, I was driving in West Los Angeles, stopped at an intersection on Sepulveda Boulevard. Suddenly I was rear-ended by the car behind me.

We quickly moved to the curb and got out. Neither car was damaged, and no one was injured (at least, so we thought). We were so sure that everything was okay, that we didn’t exchange insurance or even contact information.

PRO TIP: Do not do as I did. Exchange info, because you never know what the future holds.

For me, the future held a couple decades of back and neck pain. My doctor sent me for X-rays and MRIs and the word back was - we can’t see much of anything that is causing the pain…
